How do I start a practice session?
Open the Talkura app, choose a tutor, pick a scenario, and tap the microphone. The tutor will lead the conversation from there.
Can I switch tutors?
Yes — you can switch between Mika and Kai at any time from the tutor selection screen inside the app. Your progress carries over.
How does pronunciation feedback work?
Your tutor listens in real time, catches sound or stress issues mid-conversation, models the correct pronunciation, and then nudges you back into the flow.
Which languages does Talkura support?
Talkura is expanding its language roster. Check the app's language selector for the current list of available target languages.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone and select Talkura to change or cancel.
My session ended unexpectedly — what happened?
Session drops are usually caused by a network interruption. Make sure you have a stable connection and try again. If the issue persists, email us.
How do I request deletion of my data?
Email us at support@talkura.app with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and we will process it within 30 days.
Is Talkura available on iPad or Mac?
Talkura is currently optimised for iPhone. iPad and other platform support is on the roadmap.
