Talkura provides language-learning experiences that may include live or near-real-time AI tutor conversations, scenario-based practice, pronunciation guidance, lesson insights, reminders, and vocabulary review.

Talkura may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs through your account.

You must provide accurate information and use the service only in compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.

You may not use Talkura to break the law, harass others, infringe intellectual property rights, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or submit harmful, abusive, or deceptive content.

Talkura uses automated systems and AI-generated responses. Tutor output, coaching, and translations may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular context.

The service is intended for educational support and practice. It is not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, or safety-critical advice.

Some features may require a paid subscription or purchase. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are generally handled by the platform or payment provider through which you purchased access.

You are responsible for reviewing the applicable purchase terms before completing a transaction.

Talkura and its related branding, software, design, and content are owned by Talkura or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, or where suspension is necessary to comply with law.

Talkura is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement except where such disclaimers are not allowed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talkura will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities.

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of Talkura after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
